Do I need to send medical documents?

When exactly does the e-referral become active?
The e-referral becomes active immediately after being issued by the doctor. The patient receives a notification (SMS or email) with the necessary details. The activation date may depend on the type of examination or the medical facility. For further details, contact the clinic where the examination will take place.
When will I receive an email with the e-referral?
You will receive an SMS with the e-prescription code within 15 minutes. However, according to the regulations, the maximum waiting time for the e-prescription can be up to 8 hours.
